| The 'perfect' overhead watering nozzle for foliage plants, bedding plants, geraniums and all 4 to 6 pot crops. Pin-Perfect Nozzles can be easily turned 'off' by pushing the pin down and 'on' again by pulling the pin up. Each nozzle produces a 10 foot diameter spray pattern when your water pipeline is 5 feet above the crop. Pin-Perfect Nozzles should be installed on the topside of the pipeline or on top of 1/2 PVC risers. For uniform coverage, Pin-Perfect Nozzles should be spaced so that their spray patterns overlap. With the pipeline at 5 feet over the crop your Pin-Perfect Nozzles will produce a 10 foot diameter spray pattern. Space each nozzle 5 feet apart so the spray pattern will overlap to the next nozzle. Multiple pipelines should be spaced 10 feet apart for complete coverage. To decrease the spray diameter of the Pin-Perfect to 7 feet, lower the water pipeline to 3 feet over the crop and space the nozzles at 3 1/2 foot intervals. To compensate for pressure loss and ensures uniform water distribution, simply change the color coded nozzle to the nozzle with the next higher output rate. This changing of nozzles will compensate for pressure loss and produce approximately the same amount of output all the way down the pipeline. As a rule of thumb, we recommend changing color coded nozzles every (6th) sixth nozzle. Before you begin an installation, we recommend that you install one pipeline based on the guidelines presented. After the first pipeline is installed, tested and adjusted, remaining lines can be set-up following the same specifications as the first. Use Pin-Perfect Nozzles in combination with Dramm Run-Out Valves, No-Drip Risers and No-Drip Extension Check Valves to control water drip. |

| Replacement pin for the Pin-Perfect Nozzle. The color of the pin designates the nozzle output rate. Replace pins with the same color as the original pin color. The diameter of the orifice in the black body of the Pin-Perfect Nozzle determines the flow rate for that nozzle. All pins have the same diameter and do not affect flow rate. Specify two letter color code when ordering. |

| Dramm 360° Nifty Nozzles offer an economical solution for simple 'overhead' or 'on the bench' watering systems. These 'nifty' nozzles produce a 10 foot diameter spray pattern when your water pipeline is 5 feet above the crop. Nifty Nozzles can be installed on the topside of the pipeline, on bottom side of the pipeline or on top of 1/2 PVC risers. Bottom side installations require No-Drip Check Valves to prevent drip. To provide uniform coverage the nozzles should be spaced so that their spray patterns overlap. With the pipeline 5 feet over your crop, Nifty Nozzles will produce a 10 foot diameter spray pattern. Space each nozzle 5 feet apart so the spray pattern will overlap to the next nozzle. Multiple pipelines should be spaced 10 feet apart for complete coverage. To decrease the spray diameter of the Nifty Nozzle to 7 feet, lower the water pipeline to 3 feet over the crop and space the nozzles at 3 1/2 foot intervals. Multiple pipelines should be spaced 7 feet apart for complete coverage. For 'on-the-bench' watering (for cut flower crops), we recommend using lower flow rate Brown, Green or Grey Nifty Nozzles spaced 3 feet apart, one pipeline down the center of each bench or bed. | Assembly Insert |

| An Assembly Insert is a threaded gasket that provides a quick installation and leak-free seal for Dramm Irrigation Nozzles. The interior female thread is 3/8 Witworth-- the same thread specification used on the Pin-Perfect, Nifty, Misty Mist and Drop style nozzles. To Install, use a 7/16 drill bit to drill holes into schedule 40 PVC pipe, aluminum pipe or galvanized pipe. Caution: Do not use schedule 80 PVC. The Assembly Insert will not be able to create an effective seal due to the wall thickness of the schedule 80 PVC pipe. Install the Assembly Insert into the hole and then screw in the nozzle. The width of the nozzle expands the Assembly Insert as it is screwed into place-- creating a leak-free seal without having to drill and tap every hole. Pipes should be clamped and drilled using a drill press or alignment jig to ensure perfectly round holes and straight alignment. Recommended for use at operating pressures up to 50 PSI. |

| The Dramm 180° End of Bench Nozzle produces a half circle 10 foot diameter spray pattern (5 foot radius). It is used at the beginning and at the end of a Dramm Nozzle installation. This nozzle can also be used for 'on-the-bench' perimeter watering. Use 180° End of Bench Nozzles in conjunction with Dramm Pin-Perfect or Nifty Nozzle systems. Run-Out Valves, No-Drip Risers and No-Drip Extension Check Valves can be combined with the 180° End of Bench Nozzle to control water drip. |

| Dramm 360° Misty Mist Nozzles are for overhead mist propagation, irrigating plugs or raising humidity levels. Misty Mist Nozzles produce a 6 foot diameter spray pattern when your water pipeline is 5 feet above the crop. Misty Mist Nozzles can be installed on the topside of the pipeline, on bottom side of the pipeline or on top of 1/2 PVC risers. Bottom side installations require No-Drip Check Valves to prevent drip. To provide uniform coverage in overhead mist propagation or plug irrigation, the nozzles should be spaced so that their spray patterns overlap. With the pipeline 5 feet over your crop, Misty Mist Nozzles will produce a 6 foot diameter spray pattern. Space each nozzle 3 feet apart so the spray pattern will overlap to the next nozzle. Multiple pipelines should be spaced 6 feet apart for complete coverage. To decrease the spray diameter of the Misty Mist to 5 feet, lower the water pipeline to 3 feet over the crop and space the nozzles at 2 1/2 foot intervals. Multiple pipelines should be spaced 5 feet apart for complete coverage. For raising humidity levels or mist cooling, use Blue/White Misty Mist Nozzles. It is recommended that you automate the system using short 'on' cycle times due the relatively high output rate of the nozzle. The pipeline should be suspended as high as possible in the middle of each bay without interfering with the spray pattern. Space nozzles 6 feet apart. There is no need to worry about overlapping spray patterns since the goal is to evaporate water into the air versus allowing the water to drop to the soil. Before you begin an installation, we recommend that you install one pipeline based on the guidelines presented. After the first pipeline is installed, tested and adjusted, remaining lines can be set-up following the same specifications as the first. | The High Pressure Misty Mist delivers an ultra fine spray-- ideal for mist cooling and raising humidity levels. These nozzles create a 10 foot diameter spray pattern. High Pressure Misty Mist Nozzles should only be installed on the topside of the pipeline. Bottom side installations are not recommended due to the high pressures involved. Space nozzles 10 feet apart with the pipeline suspended as high as possible in the middle of each bay-- without interfering with the spray pattern of the nozzle. There is no need to worry about overlapping spray patterns since the goal is to evaporate water into the air versus allowing the water to drop to the soil. Please note that high pressure pumps and filtration equipment are required for these nozzles to work properly. High Pressure Misty Mist Nozzles can not be installed using Assembly Inserts. Threads must be tapped directly into the water pipeline-- use the drill & tap installation method explained at the end of this section. | Due to a special spinning mechanism which increases the spray diameter of the Drop Inversion Nozzle-- it is perfect for 24 foot wide quonset/ tunnel houses. It is used on overhead watering systems that require a larger droplet size or an extended coverage area from each nozzle. Drop Inversion Nozzles produce a 360° 24 foot diameter spray pattern and must be installed on the bottom side of the pipeline with No-Drip Extension Check Valves. To provide uniform coverage the nozzles should be spaced so that their spray patterns overlap. With the pipeline 5 feet over your crop, Drop Inversion Nozzles produce a 24 foot diameter spray pattern. Space each nozzle 12 feet apart so the spray pattern will overlap to the next nozzle. Multiple pipelines should be spaced 24 feet apart for complete coverage. To decrease the spray diameter, lower the water pipeline until the desired spray diameter is achieved. | The T-Drop Nozzle was created for long narrow installations in which an elliptical spray pattern is desired. T-Drop Nozzles can be installed on the topside of the pipeline, on bottom side of the pipeline or on top of 1/2 PVC risers. Bottom side installations require No-Drip Check Valves to prevent drip. To provide uniform coverage the nozzles should be spaced so that their spray patterns overlap. With the pipeline 5 feet over your crop and nozzles installed on the topside of your pipeline, T-Drop Nozzles will produce a 10 foot by 5 foot elliptical spray pattern. | The Dramm Hanging Nozzle system combines the superior flow rates and water patterns of Dramm nozzles with the flexibility of a below basket hanging irrigation system. Designed for misting or irrigation of crops on benches or on the ground, the Hanging Nozzle system uses the familiar Dramm nozzles with our No Drip Extension Check Valve and a leader tube. Hanging nozzle systems offer solutions to the traditional problems of rigid pipe mounted irrigation systems. Hanging nozzle systems use a check valve and hang below the lateral which prevents dripping from the nozzle or the 'shadow' dripping from the lateral. Dramm Hanging Nozzle Assemblies offer even watering. Gravity ensures that the nozzles are plumb preventing pattern distortion. The entire assembly includes a leader tube with a barb fitting. The system uses flexible polyethylene tubing instead of PVC for ease of use and flexibility. A variety of leader tube lengths and nozzle choices are available. For flow rates see the specific nozzles. To install a Dramm Pin-Perfect Hanging Nozzle System. Space the nozzle assemblies at 3' spacings . Choose a leader tube length that places the nozzles below the hanging baskets or at a height of at least 3' above the crop. Choose a Pin-Perfect Nozzle to suit your needs taking into account the flow rate of each nozzle and the flow rate of the lateral. |

| Run-Out Valves are designed to be installed at the end of 1-inch or 3/4-inch PVC pipelines. When the water is turned off, the Run-Out Valve will open and allow water to run out of the line-- eliminating drip from all overhead nozzles. Run-Out Valves require at least 15 PSI to work properly. Use PVC cement and a 1 to 3/4 PVC reducer bushing to connect Run-Out Valves to 3/4-inch PVC pipelines. Follow the PVC cement directions regarding pipe preparation and drying times. |

| The Kwik Klamp is a bracket with a hinged clip that can open and close. This handy device locks shut when closed, but can be opened to remove or replace pipelines. | Dramm On Only Dribble Tubes have permanently attached always ON weight emitters. All On Dribble Tubes are permanently assembled. Different sizes and different lengths can be combined for price breaks. There are three types of Dribble Tubes available: DTS with a .045 inside diameter green tube, DTM with a .060 inside diameter brown tube- and DTL with a .075 inside diameter blue tube. All 3 types are available in lengths from 12 TO 42 long. Use of Dribble Tubes allows individual pot watering for a total bench. Dramm Dribble Tubes should be used on 5, 6, or 7 pot sizes. |

Dramm Stix are available in 5 different heights from 10 to 36 and include the poly tubing (-which is 30 longer than the stick-), Pin Perfect nozzles, and the Dramm Stix. The orange base Dramm Stixs allow you to change from water nozzles to mist nozzles. Dramm Stix have a 3/8 WW thread which accommodates the Pin Perfect, Nifty, Misty Mist, and 180° Nifty Nozzles. Dramm stix come standard with green Pin Perfect Nozzles unless specific type and color-coded nozzle are requested. Nifty Nozzles spray a 7 ft. diameter circle- while Misty Mist Nozzles cover a 4.5 ft. diameter circle. Both will completely water 100 ft. of bench or bed in about 5 minutes. Water supply tubes are inserted at 42 inch intervals in 3/4 or 1 black polyethylene pipe. Benches up to 70ft. long- use 3/4 pipe, over 70 ft. long- use 1 pipe, over 120 ft. long- use 1 pipe with supply in middle. |

| Dramm Dribble Rings are designed for individual pot watering of larger size containers. The ring encircles the plant and water is emitted in 5 areas through 10 holes to ensure uniform watering in larger pot sizes. Dribble Rings come in 5 sizes with different length lead tubes: They are recommended for all plants in 6 & 7 containers, 8 - 10 containers, 13 containers, 16 containers, and the largest for use in 18 - 20 containers. Dramm Dribble Rings provide complete, uniform watering for large pots, B&B stock, tropical plantings and orchids. Dribble Rings are fed with a .060 ID Tube. A maximum of 400 containers can be watered with the Dramm Dribble Rings from a 3/4 supply pipe. Minimum order 100 per size. |

| The Dramm Tube has been a favorite for many years because of its shape and ease of use. We have retained the best of the Dribble Tube weight while adding features to work more easily with the Dramm Low Flow System. The Dramm Low Flow weights (LF-W)are made from the same zinc aluminum alloy as the Dribble Tube weights (DT-W), but unlike the DT-Ws, the LF-Ws have a barb fitting for easy assembly. The Dramm LF-W weights are very compact and have a slim design that allows for easy harvesting. Additionally, instead of clamping to the outside of the leader tube, the water passes through the LF-W weights and out two side exit ports. This prevents the tube from plugging up with the media in the pot and provides for more even watering. |

| The Dramm Low Flow Irrigation System is designed for even watering of potted plants or hanging baskets. The combination of the PCAS pressure compensated anti siphoning emitters with the familiar Dramm zinc aluminum weights offers the best of both worlds. Even watering results from the fact that the emitters all open at the same pressure and at the same time. Because the line does not drain between waterings , the entire line is activated at the same time. Typical drip systems require time for the line to fill, often supplying more water to the plants closest to the header. In addition to offering even watering, the Low Flow System promotes better wetting of the pot due to the lower flow rates. Because the water is released over a longer period of time, it does not run between the media and the pot like some high flow drip systems. This prevents water and fertilizer waste and promotes better growth of the plant. The Dramm Low Flow System is sold as components or as complete units. All connections use pressure fit barb fittings for secure, watertight connections. Additional system components such as pressure regulators, valves and filters are also available and are recommended to complete the accuracy and flexibility of the system. | The SERYS Pressure Compensated Anti Siphoning Drip Emitters are state of the art in drip irrigation technology. Offering even flow rates at variable pressures, the PCAS Drip Emitters are available in 2 LPH (liter per hour), 4 LPH and 8 LPH flow rates. PCAS Emitters offer one pot per emitter connections ( 2 LPH) and 2 or 4 pots per emitter manifolds (4 LPH or 8 LPH). The PCAS Drip Emitters use a silicone diaphragm to regulate the flow and prevent leaking. Besides offering excellent fertilizer resistance, the silicone diaphragms hold their shape well for long life. Other systems use EPDM diaphragms which are not as tolerant of fertilizers and other agro-chemicals and wear more quickly, requiring replacement. Additionally, silicone diaphragms are more flexible and allow for a wider range of pressures to be used with the SERYS emitter. Molded from durable polyamid plastic, SERYS emitters are UV stabilized and nearly indestructible. The SERYS PCAS emitter uses a patented double cone lock connection that attaches the emitter to the lateral tube more securely preventing leaks that often occur with standard barb connections. (see drawing) PCAS Drip Emitters are designed to operate at pressures between 15 and 60 psi with an optimum operating pressure of 22.5 psi. Each valve opens at 6 psi and closes when the pressure drops below 3 psi. The PCAS Drip Emitters are designed for use with the new Dramm Low Flow system. |
