The Dramm Autofog™ is an air assisted, micro particle generator for applying chemicals in enclosed areas. Using the Ultra Low Volume principle, the Autofog™ creates billions of tiny particles (5µ average diameter) which completely fill the entire treatment area and evenly cover all surfaces. These particles are delivered to the plant, insect, or surface by the air current created by the Autofog's fan, ensuring even coverage throughout the greenhouse. Because of their extremely small size, these particles eliminate costly run off, unsightly residues and damaging burn.

The Dramm Autofog™ can treat between 12,000 and 70,000 sq ft automatically, without an operator, saving in labor costs and health risks. Simply move the Autofog™ to the desired location, mix your chemical, set your timers and leave. The Autofog™ will start automatically at the time you desire, precirculate the air, apply the chemical and shut itself off. After the appropriate REI has passed, ventilate the greenhouse and remove the machine.

The Autofog™ uses a surgical, oilless compressor to protect against leakage of machine oil into the treatment area. The chemical tank has a conical centerpiece in the bottom of the tank.

The special design prevents the chemical, especially wettable powders, from accumulating in the center of the tank while agitation is taking place. This ensures homogeneous solution at all times. All components of the Autofog™ are made from corrosion resistant material, ensuring a long, reliable life. Clean up is easy and maintenance is simple.

The Dramm Mini Autofog™ is an easy to use, low volume chemical applicator designed with smaller greenhouses in mind. The MLVH-10A can treat 5,000 sq. ft. automatically, without an operator present. The Mini Autofog™ can easily apply a wide variety of chemical formulations using a highly concentrated spray solution.

PulsFog¨ is a complete disease and pest control system. The PulsFog¨ is a low volume chemical application machine, operating from a pulsating jet engine which micronizes the carrier diluent and chemical producing a visible fog. The PulsFog¨ treats a large area in very little time

For example: The PulsFog¨ K-3 or K-3/20 model will treat 50,000 sq. ft. in 15 minutes using water and VK-2 with wettable powder, flowable or soluble chemicals. It will treat 100,000 sq. ft. using VK-1 and emulsifiable concentrates in 15 minutes.

PulsFog¨ model K-3 or K-3/20 will propel VK-2, water and chemical a maximum of 100 feet- and VK-1 with emulsifiable concentrates a maximum of 200 feet.

The PulsFog¨ is available in 7 different models to fit every customers needs and can be attached to a specially designed cart for easy mobility.

The Dramm PulsFOG is a low volume chemical applicator or fogger that propels a fog up to 200' from the operator and treats areas as large as 100,000 sq ft in as little as 15 minutes. The PulsFOG is perfect for the application of insecticides, fungicides, disinfectants and other chemicals.

Using a pulse jet engine, the PulsFOG is able to atomize and propel chemical solutions great distances very rapidly. By using this fast fogging method, it is possible to treat both large and small areas rapidly.

PulsFOG machines create a visible fog that is propelled away from the user. This visible fog allows the user to see what areas have been treated while remaining outside the treated area.

There are three different engine sizes available. Each size offers various options that combine to include more than 10 variations.

Thermal foggers work according to the pulse-jet principle. These engines do not contain any moving parts. A bottle shaped combustion chamber opens directly into the exhaust pipe. The combustion in this chamber produces a high volume of expelled exhaust. This exhaust exits the combustion chamber through the resonator at high speeds. The chemical is injected near the front of this resonator where it is thermopneumatically atomized, taking advantage of both kinetic and thermal energy.

The Turbair Electrafan (TEF) is an air assisted spinning disc sprayer for low and ultra-low volume application of insecticides and fungicides in situations with no natural air movement, e.g. indoors.

The Electrafan 110 is powered by an A/C electric motor of 110 volts (60hz) and uses a suitable extension cable which allows treatments up to 200 ft. from a power source. The Electrafan 110 can efficiently apply water-based mixtures at both low volumes (normally 8 to 16 liters/acre) and ultra-low volume (ULV) formulations.

The Turbair Motafan is an air assisted spinning disc sprayer for low and ultra-low volume application of all formulations of chemicals. The sprayer produces small, even-sized droplets which are carried in the airstream to the target.

The Motafan is powered by a 2-stroke gasoline engine. The standard carry-frame allows use for longer periods of time without undue fatigue. The sprayer can efficiently apply water-based mixtures at both low and ultra-low volume formulations.

The ULVA+ is a rotary disk atomizer that applies chemicals evenly both indoors and outdoors. It is designed for use in areas where there is natural air movement. The ULVA+ is perfect for outdoor row crops as well as cut flowers. The ULVA+ produces 50-60µ droplets that drift on air currents as they drop, providing even coverage on all plant surfaces.

The Microfit Herbi, part of the modular Microfit system, is a spinning disc sprayer for the Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) of herbicides and other chemicals. It can apply CDA formulations or traditional water-based products at total spray volumes of only 5-20 liters/acre. The consistently large spray droplets, of around 250µ (microns), minimize the risk of spray drift and fall in a precise 4 ft. wide circular spray pattern. Herbaflex and Herbi-Twin attachments are available for narrower or wider band widths.

The Microfit Herbaflex, part of the modular Microfit system, is a shrouded, spinning disc sprayer for the Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) of herbicides and other chemicals. The shielded Herbaflex atomizer allows greater control of all applied chemicals. The shroud has an adjustable band width of 4-20 inches, and with an optional attachment the band width increases to 6-30 inches. This shroud recaptures any unsprayed solution and allows it to be re-used while preventing dripping any over spray. With the attachment of the Herbi Spray Shield, drift due to wind and mis-spraying, is eliminated.

The Microfit Herbi-Twin, part of the modular Microfit system, is a twin-headed, spinning disc sprayer for the Controlled Droplet Application (CDA) of herbicides and other chemicals. The Herbi-Twin greatly reduces time by doubling the area covered per pass. The twin disks create an adjustable band width of 5.5 - 7.5 ft. for maximum dispersal of chemical.

The Herbi-Twin is used for wide band spraying. Uses include pathway or strip spraying (e.g. in orchards and plantations,) and spraying of larger areas by making consecutive spray passes. The reduction in mixing and filling operations (with no mixing required for CDA formulation) offers operator safety advantages. Optional Herbaflex and Herbi lances available.

The Dramm Heavy-Duty sprayer is powerful and compact- designed for every type of chemical application. Model MSO is a hydraulic sprayer with fully adjustable pressures, making it a highly flexible tool for the application of pesticides, fungicides, wetting agents, cleaning solutions and disinfectants. By simply twisting the spray gun knob you can adjust the pressure from a stream that throws up to 20 feet to an eight foot diameter mist.

The Dramm MS-Gas sprayer is powerful and compact- designed for every type of chemical application. Powered by a 4-stroke Honda engine for reliability. Model MS-O is a hydraulic sprayer with fully adjustable pressures, up to 350psi making it a highly flexible tool for the application of pesticides, fungicides, wetting agents, cleaning solutions and disinfectants. By simply twisting the spray gun knob you can adjust the pressure from a stream that throws up to 20 feet to an eight foot diameter mist.

The Dramm Chemdose is a precision application system for applying exact doses of chemical solution directly to the plants roots. Application of growth regulators, fungicides, systemic pesticides, and fertilizers are optimized with the Chemdose because the chemical solution is measured precisely and applied directly to the root zone, avoiding wasteful run-off and over spray.

The Chemdose is designed to dose amounts between 10ml and 90ml per shot. It offers complete variability in dosage settings and allows for sing-shot or multiple-shot with variable interval time setting operation.

For complete portability, the Chemdose is battery operated and mounted on our standard high strength, steel frame with a 12 gallon tank.
