RELDAIR High Pressure Fog System

The Reldair High Pressure Fog system creates a fine, even fog for mist cooling and humidification. The Reldair system uses patented nozzles combined with a high pressure pump to create an ultra fine fog with typical particle sizes averaging less than 10µ (micron) in diameter. The Reldair pumps run at 1,800 psi, much higher than other systems, helping to create smaller droplets and resulting in less wetness beneath the nozzles.


Each unit is custom built to avoid any unnecessary expenses. The Reldair system can be built to be completely automatic or work with existing environmental control systems. Dramm personnel work with each customer individually to ensure that the system is right for the job.

Ease of installation is another benefit of the Reldair system. By using flexible, high pressure hose instead of stainless steel pipe, shipping and installation are made easier. In addition to easing installation, the high pressure hose also reduces resonance each time the unit is activated. The system is connected by anti-corrosion, high pressure fittings. The pumpsets come complete and ready to install.

Care and maintenance of the Dramm Reldair system is easy. Each nozzle includes a filter to prevent clogging. The triplex pump is of very high quality and easy to maintain. The hoses, tank, fittings and filters are all opaque to prevent algae growth. Finally, a unique temperature sensing system keeps the water temperature below the level where dangerous bacteria can grow.

For areas with less demanding conditions, Dramm also offers a 1000 psi system that utilizes the same, high quality design and high pressure hose.
